Olaquindox , also known as Beiyunuo, quick yunling, etc., is a light yellow crystalline powder.It has good antibacterial effect, especially sensitive to gram-negative bacteria, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of gram-positive bacteria is 50-100 μg/ mL, which is better than gold toxin.In addition, bacteria that are resistant to other antibiotics are still sensitive to quinolinex.The chemical synthesis method of olaquindox production, is based on o-nitroanilin as raw material, the first reaction with sodium hy-pochlorite to produce phenoxydiaminophenyl.N-oxide, and then react with divinyl ketone, ethanola-mine to produce quinolinex, crude products can be recrystallized and refined.
