Product Description

Lurasidone is an atypical antipsychotic drug indicated for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Its efficacy was established in four 6-week controlled studies in adult patients with schizophrenia. Its exact mechanism of action in the treatment of schizophrenia, like other atypical antipsychotics, remains unclear, but may be related to antagonism of dopamine D2 and 5-hydroxytryptamine 2A (5-HT2A) receptors.
