Indometacin, chemical name 2-methyl-1 -(4-chlorobenzoyl) -5-methoxy-1H-indole-3-acetic acid, belongs to BCS class drugs, high permeability, low solubility, poor dissolution, low bioavailability in vivo. Indomethoxacin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs), which has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects.
