Isoprenaline, also known as adrenalin or adrenalin, is primarily a medication and a hormone. As amedication it is used for a number of conditions including anaphylaxis, cardiac arrest, and superficial bleeding.

Its primary use is for bradycardia or heart block. By activating β1-receptors on the heart, it induces positive chronotropic, dromotropic, and inotropic effects.
